“This is a very unusual Obsolete note with a unique vignette at the center. It is a contemporary counterfeit of a type without an imprint. At the center is a goat-headed mythological creature, Capricorn, with a serpent’s tail. The left end panel has THREE in an oval. Three oval dies with white outlined ‘3.’”
